Due to over 30.000 copies sold in its first week on the top of italian chart, MDNA is certified GOLD.
Give me all your luvin' is certified PLATINUM (30.000 copies sold).

Platinum for digital tracks is 30.000 copies. Give Me All Your Luvin probably sold 45-50.000 by now.
